I’ve led teams, built menus, and cooked for thousands, but nothing beats crafting something delicious from scratch and serving it hot from the fire. Our mobile food trailer blends tradition, flavor, and community all in one. I’m proud to cook alongside my wife and bring people together—one slice at a time. Let’s make something amazing happen!”
