Hi,

I’m Iggy, a personal chef with a lifelong passion for creating memorable meals and meaningful moments through food.

My journey began in my grandmother’s kitchen in Queens, where I learned that food is love — a lesson I carried into every meal I cooked for friends and family growing up in Brooklyn. That passion eventually led me to the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, where I trained professionally and began a career that’s taken me from farm-to-table kitchens in the Catskill Mountains, Italian Fine Dining Restaurants in Brooklyn and Manhattan, to culinary training in Italy, and fine dining restaurants in Los Angeles.

For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of cooking in a wide range of settings — from intimate dinner parties to large-scale events — always guided by one simple goal: to feed people in a way that brings joy. Whether it’s a proposal, a wedding, or just a beautiful night of laughter between friends, I live for the moments food helps create!

Now based in Cape Coral, Florida, where my family and I have planted roots, I bring that same passion and attention to detail to your table. I’m told I’m naturally charismatic and easy to connect with, and I truly believe that good food starts with good energy.
